Payment for services provided by 3 Spires Energy Assessors are required at the point of order. Payments to be made for services provided via Third Parties are in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

We aim to carry out EPCs within 3-4 working days of confirmed order and cleared payment wherever possible and based on property access availability within this timescale. 3 Spires Energy Assessors cannot be held liable for any failure to carry out work due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours of original booking. Cancellations after this period will induce a charge to cover incurred expenses.
